A visual aid for machining small, precision parts

We designed the Magna-Vision specifically for the precision machining of small, intricate parts. A full color LCD monitor provides a clear, high resolution view of the part features and the tool contact and clearance.

By providing a magnified view of the part detail, the MV1000 improves operator accuracy and safety significantly—without the use of an eye loop or other magnifier.

The part detail finishes are clearly visible (in close proximity to the machine DRO), improving operator efficiency and reducing fatigue.
